Payments of Service

Our Terms and Conditions are provided as a guide of what is expected of our clients. Payment for any of our services are due in full at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. If you are paying by check or cash and no one will be at the resident on the day of your scheduled cleaning services, payment must be left on the counter. If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 35$. If paying by Venmo or Zelle, payment is due at the time of service. If payment is not received day of service by 3:00 pm you will be charged a late fee of $10. Each day that it is passed due after your cleaning day a $20 fee will be added per day until payment is received.

We gladly accept payment in the following forms: Cash, Personal Check, Credit/Debit (transaction fee) Venmo and Zelle. Should a check be returned, a $35 Returned Check Fee will be added to your account. We do not accept post dated checks. 

Skipped Cleanings & Cancellations

As a general cleaning client, you are on a regular spot in our schedule. Any gaps in regula services May increase your rate if additional cleaning and time is needed to bring your home back to maintenance level. A cancellation fee of $35 will be applied if you do not give a 48-24hr in advance notice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning services please give us a 48-24hr notice. Please consider our scheduling/preparations that we are reserving you a slot for your cleaning. A $35 fee will be applied to all accounts that are not cancelled/rescheduled in 24hr advanced notice. 

Service Limitations 

Anything list in our service that we do not do is considered a "service limitation". Please make sure you are aware of all those service limitations.

It is the clients responsibility to have the home picked up as much as possible allowing our teams to come in and optimize your cleaning. If areas in your home such as counters/corners are clutter, we will work around the stuff and you will be notified. Light straightening up of areas we will provide. 

We do not clean up after pets, do laundry or dishes.
Airbnb/VRBO services are general cleaning. A extra cleaning fee will be added in addition to the guest cleaning fee starting at $50 and up for any Parties or extra cleaning that is not part of the general cleaning.

Your Services

Prior to your first cleaning we will come out and do a walk through of your home/business taking note of what your needing cleaned at each clean. If any additional request of cleaning is made at/prior to any of your regular general cleanings, there will be additional chargers added to your regular cleaning fee.

Cleaning Fees

Once we obtain a walk through, you will be given a regular cleaning fee. We do charge more for your first cleaning.

Entry to Homes

We have 3 options to entering your home if you will not be at your residence at the time of your scheduled services. 

1. You may provide a key to our company.

2. You may leave a key in a designated area where we may access it to enter the home.

3.You may provide a garage/door code prior to our arrival to your home. 

Scheduled Cleaning 

You are placed in our schedule in a designated time and day. This does not mean an exact time of arrival. Please be advised that time of arrival may change in the case of another client canceled before your scheduled clean, ahead of schedule, traffic delays, ect. You will be notified if one of these may occur prior to our arrival to your home. If we do not receive confirmation back, we will assume we may come early or later.

Employee Solicitation

When entering into an agreement of services with us, you agree not to solicit for hire any of our team members who we introduce to you for any of your home/business services. If you are found to hire any of our team member(s), please be advise you will be charged half of what your cleaning services fee would equal to for a years service. Payment will be made immediately to our company upon hiring our team member(s) and our team member(s) will be terminated immediately. thank
